One-page promo brief that saves hours

But i built a one-page campaign brief and a 6‑week promo calendar that let us roll out a 48‑hour BOGO across 12 stores without chaos. If you want the Google Sheets template (offer, KPI, dates, assets, POS placement, staffing notes), I’m happy to share — or show me what you’re using so we can swap ideas.

But on our last 48-hour BOGO we added a “change freeze” line at the top of the Google Sheet with a timestamp, so after 10 a.m. Day 1 no one could tweak price or copy without approval. If a store absolutely had to deviate, we used one “exceptions” cell linked to a photo, @OP.
